Caleva Production Spheronizer 700

The Caleva Model 700 spheronizer is a floor mounted, leveled spheronizer designed and fabricated for use in 24 / 7, bulk, batch–type production campaigns, to satisfy the demand for very large quantities of spheronized end product.

In addition, at pre - fabrication stage, modifications can be incorporated into the design of the Caleva Model 700 spheronizer, to make the spheronizer compatible for use with most existing extrusion technology and existing wet granulate loading systems.

 

Some of the standard features for the Caleva Model 700 floor standing spheronizer include:

  • Front flush mounted manually operated controls with indicator lights and LED RPM display.
  • Clear plastic, magnetically interlocked, safety cover over spheronizer bowl / drum.
