The Neopackaging Model NBM-250 Blister Pack Machine

 

The Neopackaging NBM 250  Automatic Blister Machine is designed for a wide range of applications. 
It is specially designed for blisters composed of a thermo-formed bubble and a sealed-on card. The NBM-250 forms the blister, cuts and seals the blister onto the card. It can handle a wide range of products, such as pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, toys, spare parts, etc. 
the NBM-250 consists of the following sections:
The Thermoforming Station: In an automatic and continuous process where the foil is formed into the mold shape using positive pressure and high temperature.
The Cutting Station: The formed bubble is cut  to the final size.
Product Loading Station: In the situation where the products are manually loaded into the machine, there is sufficient work area to accommodate four people working together. 
Sealed-on Card: The backing card is inserted.
Thermo-Sealing Station: Using temperature and pressure, the formed blister containing the product is sealed onto backing card.
The Neopackaging NBM-250 is controlled by a PLC.
